July 5, 2013 – Leave to Construct: Decision and Order
Dufferin Wind Power Inc. has been granted Leave to Construct an electricity transmission line and related facilities by the Ontario Energy Board.
The approval outlines General Requirements, Project and Communications Requirements as well as Construction Reporting Requirements; all of which are standard to most wind facilities operating in Ontario. DWPI is pleased to acknowledge and meet these requirements.

June 10, 2013 – Renewable Energy Approval - NUMBER 5460-98BPH8
Dufferin Wind Power Inc. has received Renewable Energy Approval from the Ontario Ministry of the Environment to engage in a renewable energy project in respect of the construction, installation, operation, use and retiring of a Class 4 wind facility with a total name plate capacity of 91.4 megawatts.
DWPI was found to have applied in accordance with Section 47.4 of the Environmental Protection Act.
The approval was granted with a series of conditions that are standard to most wind facilities operating in the province of Ontario.
DWPI is pleased to acknowledge and meet these terms and conditions.
